A Month of Nothing and Everything

So, this has been quite a busy month for me. Sadly not for the project.

Yes, for anyone wondering, Traumatic Resonance is still being worked on and Day 2 is getting closer to being finished. The main problem is that a lot of stuff is happening behind the scenes.

Firstly, I got a job! The first one ever! And while the excitement of it is wearing off, I'm still getting used to a heavily modified lifestyle it forced me to take, which made working on Traumatic Resonance a bit of a hassle. Not only that, I'm moving out, which also takes some of my free time off of me. None of these things mean that I'm stopping though, just that things will slow down.

Secondly, me and Imbroglio were discussing a revamp of the sprites and character designs. When it comes to the designs, I can confidently say that most characters will be very similar to what you can see right now. Bradley might change the most out of them all, but nothing's set in stone.

Thirdly, the target audience. Serious stuff, I know, but bear with me for a second. The game has an 18+ content warning when visiting the page, which is true, but the game was not intended to have any strictly adult scenes. Yes, there is a written warning about sexual themes at the top of the page, but those are only to be mentioned between characters.

There are pros and cons for keeping the game 18+, or making it more friendly towards younger audiences (and by that I mean 15+, it's still a game about trauma), and I'm still deciding on that. You're more than welcome to discuss this matter in the comments, you might bring up some points that'd skew me towards a certain decision.

And... that would be it, huh? I don't really want to leave it on an empty note, so I'll give some recent info on the game: We've been working on another character to appear in the game. They might not be present in the next update, but Day 3 is their likely debut.

Cheers!
